We took a fun trip to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science during Spring Break.

Okay, so maybe my son was a little too bored with no school during Spring Break. Or maybe he was just wishing we were at the beach like Julie and her family and got thinking about the possible damage the waves and sun could do (a hard hat to protect his head and a blanket to keep his white skin from burning). Smart thinking Evan!
No more Juicy Fruit gum! With a little help from peanut butter we were able to get it off Austin's stomach (we weren't so lucky with the shirt). I guess I'm glad it wasn't in his hair.
I have to say "thank you" to Melissa Underwood who saved me a bunch of money on my new bedding. When I was getting ready to check out at Kohls, we just happened to see each other and she asked me if I knew about the 30% off special. I already found the set on sale for 70% off, then I got another 30% off that. Needless to say, I was extrememly happy. Thanks Melissa!!

Such a fun surprise! I hope you thought of the smiley face in the peanut butter when you had to use it to get the gum off the tummy. I've heard you can freeze gum off too, maybe that would help the shirt if there's a next time.
